At the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Exhibition Centre, the inaugural Inspiring Women in Travel Retail Awards took place. The awards recognise excellence across 16 categories, honouring leadership, innovation, rising talent and lifetime achievement across all sectors of the industry.

The finalists represented a wide cross-section of travel retail and we were delighted to see our CEO and Founder, Sally Alington, pick up the Trailblazer of the Year 2026 Award for her achievements in business as well as her contribution to the Travel Retail Sector which has included supporting the Duty Free World Council's Learning & Development Team, creating the Talent of Tomorrow category at the Frontier Awards with DFNI to shine a spotlight on young achievers, as well as creating thousands of job roles in the Duty Free and Travel Retail sector.
